The incorporator Affiliate Program ("Program") allows approved participants ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring new paying subscribers to incorporator ("Company"). By participating, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
To participate, you must: (a) be at least 18 years old; (b) have a registered incorporator account; (c) submit an affiliate application and receive approval; (d) comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
Affiliates earn a 30% recurring commission on all subscription payments made by referred users for the lifetime of their subscription. Commissions are calculated on the net amount after any applicable taxes, refunds, or chargebacks. There is no cap on earnings.
When a user clicks your affiliate link, a tracking cookie is placed in their browser for 45 days. If the user subscribes within this window, the conversion is attributed to you. First-click attribution applies.
Upon approval, you will receive a unique affiliate code and access to a dashboard where you can create custom tracking links. All links must point to legitimate incorporator pages.
Commissions are paid monthly, with a minimum payout threshold of $50. Payments are made via bank transfer or PayPal within 30 days of the end of each calendar month. Commissions are subject to a 30-day hold period to account for potential refunds.
Affiliates must: (a) clearly disclose their affiliate relationship per FTC guidelines; (b) not make false claims about incorporator; (c) not use spam or deceptive practices; (d) not bid on incorporator branded keywords in paid search; (e) not create websites that could be confused with official incorporator properties.
Strictly prohibited: (a) self-referrals; (b) cookie stuffing or forced clicks; (c) incentivized clicks or signups; (d) trademark infringement or domain squatting; (e) any activity violating applicable laws.
Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. The Company may terminate immediately for violations. Pending commissions above the minimum threshold will be paid within 60 days of termination.
Affiliates are independent contractors. Affiliates agree to indemnify the Company from claims arising from their promotional activities. Total liability shall not exceed commissions paid in the preceding 12 months.
The Company may modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in London, United Kingdom.
